My Speech
As I went out to the public, everyone was furious. I tried to get their attention by raising my hand a couple times and eventualy everyone became silent. My speech was basically why we did it. I started off saying that look at me as I'm honorable. I told them that we did have love for Caesar, but we had to end his beginning of his ruling. I told them that we did it for them and for the good of Rome. I told them that if I had offended anyone there that I would kill myslef right in front of them. As I talking, Mark Antony was walking down the steps with Caesar's body. When I was walking back inside and they were all shotuing for me, so I firgured that everyone understood why we did it and accepted my love and respect. I feel as if, ever thing is going to work out right.
After the Deed
Once it was over Cassuis told people to run around saying,"liberty, freedom, and enfranchisement". I told the people and senatros not to be afraid and that an ambitious man has gotten what ehe deserved. Metellus told us to stand close together just in case of somebody that is a follower of Caesar decides to attack us. I told them not to be afraid and that no one is gong to harm them. I thought of an idea that all of us should smear our hands and our swords in his blood and show the people that they have peace and freedom. Then a servant of Antony comes up to me saying that he was to bow to me and tell me that I was honorable. I told the servant to go get Antony, to get him here so we could talk to him.
When he arrived I could sense that he is mad and furious. He walked over to Caesar dead motionless body and was speaking to him. Then he turned to us and told us to kill him. I told him that I wouldn't kill him and it must seem that we are murderers, but we offer him our love and respect. Now I was going to go out and tell the people what has happended and why we had commited the task. Antony was also going to go out and make a speach about saying how great Caesar was and give ihm a proper funeral. When i told him it was alright that he did that, i could feel something was going to turn out bad.
Death of Caesar
As we were walking Cassius told me that Popilius Lena found out what we were oing to do. I saw him approaching Caesar and I the others to watch him. I should've predicted that there would be a flaw in our plan. I pointed out that when Popilius was talking to Caesar, he was smiling and his expression hasn't changed. So now we must continue and start to go foward with our deed. Metellus was now going up to Caesar to talk to him about his petition. I told Caesar that I would kiss his hand but I wasn't flattering him. Only asking that his brother can come back.
Caesar said that he was going to keep him banished and thats how it was going to be. This was the sign that he was going to be killed right then and their. Casca shouted speak hands for me and stabbed him. One after the other, daggers going into his chest. Once we had stopped the great might Caesar that was laying on the ground looked up at me and said,"Et tu Brute?"

Cauis Ligarius
My servant told me it was a sick man who wanted to speak to me. When he came in, he wanted my to accept his morning greetings from his weak tongue. He had a cloth around his head, so i figured that he was sick. He told me that he is not sick if I was planning any deed worthy to be called honorable. I told him that I was and that i would tell him if he had a healthy ear to hear about it. Cauis told me that he will succeed in whatever deed that needed so be done. I told him that this deed was going to make sick men heathy. He said that some men are already healthy and that we must make sick. I agreed with him, and told him that I will tell him the deed as we are walking to the house of the person we will be doing it to. Cauis said that he will follow me and he will have the courage to do whatever needs to be done, but as long as I lead him.
Portia is Concerned
After I got done taking to Cassius and the Conspirators, my wife entered the room. I was wondering why she came down and awake at this time because she is pregnant. I told her it was unhealthy for her and the baby. She told me it was unhealthy for me as well. She was worried about me because of the things she pointed out when i was talking to her. She said that I disrespectively crawled out of bed and the other night at dinner, I got up and walking around sighing with my arms crossed. Also she said that when she asked me what was wrong, I just stared at her with a unkind expression. She said that whatever was bothering me was changing me physically and mentally. I answered her with just saying that I'm not in good health. Portia is know saying that if i was sick i wouldn't be doing the things that I'm doing at the moment.
She got on her hands and knees and begged e to tell her what was going on. As she was on her knees she stabbed herself and said that if she could take this pain then she could take the pain o what Brutus was going to do. I was about to tell her when someone knocked on the door. I told her to go away and when the person leaves I will tell her of my task.

The Decision
I called out from the garden to my servant Lucius and I told him to light a candle in my study and return after he has done so. I know now that Caesar's death is the only thing good for Rome. Even though I don't have any reason to take him out I ust do it because he might change when he gets the crown. Lucius told me that they're already fifteen days into March. I sent him to see hwo was knocking at the gate. Lucius told me that it was my brother-in-law, Cassius, and wants to see you. As he walks in others follow him and they had on cloaks so no one would recognize them. After Cassius and I are done taking I decide that everyone puts their hand in, one on top of the other. Cassius said that we would swear an oath but I said not to because i just wanted everyones promise that they will succeed or die on the attempt. It almost seems like I'm the leader of the conspirators because once I say something, they all listen. We also thought about taking Antony out, but we decided not to because it would seem as though as we were butchers instead of heroes.
The Excitement in Rome
Cassius and I were still disscussing Caesar and whether he should be the ruler of rome .Suddenly a huge burst of cheers came from another room. I figured that they have chosen him to be th ruler. Cassius and I ended our conversation because Caesar was coming back. I asked Casca about what had happened with Caesar in the room. Casca told me that they cheered three times and that every time he was given the crown he refused to almost seem like it was to make the people like him more.
Then I asked him to tell me more about it, more in detail. He also added that he fainted and he said that he almost chuckled at him as he fell. After he got up and regained consciousness he said that if he had mad the people mad at him he would kill himself right then and there. After Casca was done decribing what had happened, I told Cassius if he needed me I would go to his house or he would come to mine. So I left with a lot of things on my mind.

The Day of the Race
I started my day off today in a public place in Rome with Caesar. A old man yelled out to Caesar and said that he should beware of the Ides of March. The soothsayer said it again, but Caesar did not listen. Cassius asked me if i was going to run in the race. "Not I", I said ," I'm not very interested in sports, unlike Antony". When I was talking to Cassius, he said that I'm acting different and I told him that it's because I'm having personal issues that are personal. Also he was talking about if I could see my face."You can't see your face unless it's reflected by something else". Then he starts to tell me information about Caesar saying things that are hinting to me that he does not want him to be the ruler and niether do I."
